Laurie Lee has lived in Framingham with her husband Richard, their four children Kate Joey, Alex and Diana and their many dogs and cats for 25 years.

Kate attended The new Jewish High in Waltham and graduated from Hampshire College in 2006. Joey graduated as a Bio Chemistry major at Framingham High taking advantage of our excellent science curriculum, packed with Honors and AP classes He is currently a senior at UMASS Amherst majoring in genetics. Alex is a graduate of Keefe tech and working full time for a local construction company and Diana is a 2007 Framingham High graduate, currently in college.

Laurie earned a Masters in Physics from Brandeis University along with Richard who has a PhD. in Physics and works in the computer industry. Richard is an enthusiastic supporter of Laurie’s volunteer work for the town, which she will do full time as Selectman. The Lee family traditions are deeply rooted in Framingham and include hiking, biking and cross country skiing at Callahan State Park and Nobscot Reservation, art classes at the Danforth Museum, hours of learning and fun at the local library, and many school activities and clubs. All members of the Lee family have developed many great friends and a large extended family in the Framingham community, which has deepened their ties and roots to this rich and loving town.
